TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
First Floor Bedroom and Guest Quarters:
(1-2 Guests)
First Floor Bedroom with two twin beds, may be pushed together to form a King sized bed
$160 (per night up to 2 guests) this room is adjacent to Guest Quarters (Bath, kitchenette & TV lounge) and you would have the entire first floor to yourself! ( $275 Summer-late June through Labor Day)

(3-4 Guests)
First Floor Bedroom (2 Twins or King)/Guest Quarters & Third Floor bedroom (Full Bed) and additional Bath:
Package price of $ 250 (per night for up to 4) guests ($350 Summer-late June through Labor Day)
(5-6 Guests)
First Floor Bedroom/Guest Quarters, Third (Full Bed) and Fourth Floor (Full Bed) bedrooms
Package price of $350 (per night for up to 6 guests) ($425 Summer-late June through Labor Day)
*Although we only book one "party of guests" at a time, during peak periods and special events, we have to insist on guests booking all 3 bedrooms, AND Special Event Rates apply.
(Ex. University graduations, Conventions, Army Navy Game, etc.)
Wi-Fi, daily breakfast offerings and some basic pantry supplies are included.
We require a small security deposit of $100 per guest party, refundable upon a successful check out.
